Welcome to the Erasmus+ blog of the 16th Intercultural Primary School of Chania, Crete, Greece.
Our school is a multicultural learning community where pupils from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds learn, grow and create together. We believe that diversity enriches education and that cooperation, inclusion and respect are essential values for building a better school and a more connected Europe.
Through Erasmus+, we open our school to Europe, giving our pupils and teachers opportunities to exchange ideas, discover new educational practices, develop new skills and build meaningful partnerships with schools from other European countries.
- Our Erasmus+ activities focus especially on:Inclusion and intercultural education
- Environmental awareness and green skills
- Digital learning and innovative teaching
- Active citizenship and European values
- Collaboration between pupils and teachers across Europe
During the coming years, our school will participate in several Erasmus+ projects and mobilities, including pupil group mobilities, teacher job-shadowing activities and international cooperation projects with European partner schools.
This blog will document our Erasmus+ journey. Here you will find information about our projects, partner schools, mobilities, classroom activities, experiences, results, photos and good practices developed along the way.
We invite you to follow our journey as we learn, share, cooperate and grow together across Europe.
